1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 cup salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon

Directions:
Directions:
cream sugars and oleo
add oil , eggs and dry ingredients, mix well and chill in refigerator for 2 days, take out a small portion, roll the size of a pecan, then roll in sugar, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten with glass to about the size of a half dollar
Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until edge is lightly brown
