1 c. flour
1 c. butter (soft)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
(buy large cool whip)
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip

1 package instant vanilla pudding (large size)
1 1/2 c. milk

1 package instant chocolate pudding (large size)
1 1/2 c. milk

1 Hershey bar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and chopped nuts and place in a 9x13-inch buttered pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add cool whip to the cream mixture and spread over crumb cooled mixture.
Mix the instant vanilla pudding and spread over above mixture. Then, mix the chocolate pudding and spread over that.
Spread the rest of the cool whip over all.
Shave hershey bar with potato peeler for garnish.
