2 T butter
2 1/2 c flaked coconut
2 T butter softened
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 t milk
1/2 t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 T butter in a large skillet; stir in coconut. Cook stirring constantly over mid, heat until golden brown. Set aside. Combine 2T butter and cream cheese beating until light and fluffy, Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in 2 c toasted coconut. Reserve remainder to sprinkle over iced cake. Refrigerate overnight for easier slicing. Enjoy!
