1 c, low-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix
3/4 lb. crab meat
3/4 lb. cooked scallops
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 T. grated onion
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:

Mix together mayonnaise and cream. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with additional stuffing mix. Bake at 350º uncovered for 30 min., or longer if necessary.

If made the night before and chilled, bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Serves 6
For 12 servings, double all ingredients except the mayonnaise, use 1 1/2 c.
