1 package no bake lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 pound hot sausage
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 container Ricotta cheese
2 packages (8oz) mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp italian seasonings

Saute onions in olive oil and garlic. Add beef and sausage, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until done. Mix Ricotta cheese with 1 package mozzarella cheese, egg and seasonings. Cover bottom of 13X9 pan with sauce. Layer noodle, sauce, meat, cheese mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Top off with noodle. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 375F for 45 minutes until done.
