1 package of tortilla soft shells (10)
1 pound ground beef
1-2 garlic cloves
black pepper to taste
1 onion chopped
chili powder to taste
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 can chicken broth
1 block pepperjack cheese (or 1/2 block each of pepperjack and sharp cheddar)
1 can chopped green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with garlic, black pepper, onion and chili powder. In a pan, melt margarine/butter and add flour. Add one can of chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add green chili's. Put 1/2 chicken broth mixture in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Put meat and shredded cheese in the tortilla and roll. Put the remainder of the chicken broth over top. Cover with foil and bake at 375ºF for 25-30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts. Sprinkle with a little paprika for color.
