2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt and milk. Stir in flour gradually and beat until smooth. Dip rosetta iron in batter and fry until done or lightly brown. Dip in sugar when done.
