1 small london broil or top sirloin steak cut into thin slices
oil for wok
1 small onion, cut into slivers
1-2 cloves minced garlic
cornstarch to coat meat
1 bunch of fresh broccolli, steamed
1 cup water
soy sauce to taste
pepper to taste
oyster sauce taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to wok. Heat. Coat steak with cornstarch. Saute onions. Add meat, garlic and pepper. Add soy sauce to meat. Cook. Remove meat from pan. Add 1 cup water to pan and mix with drippings. Add 1 spoonful of soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with water to thicken sauce. When the sauce boils, add the cornstarch. Add meat back to pan. Turn off heat and add oyster sauce. Make a bed of cooked broccoli and pour meat over the top. Serve.
