Ingredients:  
1 can whole grain kernel corn,
drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
dried parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and stir together. Use salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
Bake in a greased casserole dish in 350º oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
