6 oz thin spaghetti
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
parsley flakes
2 pats butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1-1/2 pounds ricotta
spaghetti sauce
4 oz Mozzarella

Cook spaghetti. Mix eggs, Parmesan, pepper, parsley and butter with spaghetti. Pat spaghetti into a pie plate. Saute onions and peppers. Cook sausage and mix with sauce. Layer onions/pepper, ricotta and then sause/sausage on top of spaghetti. Bake 350F for 1 hour. Put 4 oz of mozzarella on top during last 5 minutes of cooking.
