Crust:
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 TBSP sugar
1/4 salt
6 TBSP butter, melted

Filling:
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. bottled Key Lime juice
3 egg yolks
3 TBSP sugar
3 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix crust ingredients together. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake 5 minutes. Cool.
Preheat oven to 275. Whisk all filling ingredients until smooth and pour into cooled crust. Bake about 25 minutes. Refrigerate uncovered until cold, cover and chill 5 more hours.
Top with whipped cream.
