1 pound shrimp (already cooked and frozen)
Flour
8 oz. Evaporated milk
1 stick margarine, melted
1/4 cup olive oil
fresh parsley to taste
2-3 cloves garlic smashed or chopped
1/4 cup marsala wine
Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Coat shrimp with flour. Dip in evaporated milk. Fry shrimp in olive oil. Mix margarine, oil, parsley, garlic and wine in a pan and cook for 10 minutes until you can't smell the wine. Put shrimp in mixture and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Water can be added if needed. Don't mix shrimp as the coating will come off. Squeeze fresh lemon over mixture. Place shrimp mixture on fettuccine or linguine.
