Lumpia wrappers (won ton wrapper)
1 lb. ground beef,or pork or 1/2 lb of each
Chop finely- green onions, carrots, celery, water chestnuts
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt & pepper
Garlic powder
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meats, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, salt and pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Should look like raw meat loaf.
Put 2 tbsp of filling in center of each wrapper from one corner to another. Fold the corners in, and then begin to wrap from other corner. Seal the edge with water before rolled shut. Deep fry on medium until brown. Drain on paper towels.

Make a sauce for dipping- 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 1/2 cups water, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and 4 tbsp cornstarch.
