Pineapple Glaze:

1 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbls. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple in syrup-
undrained
2 Tbls. lemon juice
1 Tbls. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in 1 quart saucepan.
Stir in pineapple, lemon juice, and mustard.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.

Pour drippings from pan. Remove any skin from ham.
Pat or brush on ham the last 30 minutes of baking.
