1 pie crust (unbaked)
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. maple syrup (or other pancake syrup)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 TBSP butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In large bowl beat eggs with electric mixer for approx 1 minute. Add sugar, syrups, and vanilla and beat on medium until smooth (2 minutes). Stir in butter, salt and pecans. Pour mixture into crust and bake about 60 minutes until top is browned and the center of the pie is thoroughly cooked. The filling will settle down once it cools.
