1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, slivered
2 Tb. olive oil
Salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Blanch beans in boiling water 4-5 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When cool, drain and set aside.
Saute tomatoes and garlic in oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add beans, salt and red pepper flakes, and heat through.
