1/2 cup butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
For shells, cream butter and cream cheese. Work in flour. Roll into 24 balls and press each ball over bottom and sides of small muffin pan openings. Pat cheese into prepared, unbaked shells.
For filling, combine egg, milk and salt. Slowly dribble egg mixture over cheese that is in unbaked shells.
Bake in preheated oven at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 24 mini quiche.
