1 - 10 ounce can Rotel
1 - 15 ounce can or frozen corn (optional)
1 - 14 ounce can chicken broth
1 - 13 ounce can chicken breast
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 jalapeņo, chopped finely (optional)

TOPPINGS
Tortilla Chips
Cheese
Olives
Fresh Tomatoes
Sour Cream
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot or sauce pan. Cook at least four hours on high setting on crock pot or medium-low on stove top. Serve with tortilla chips on the bottom and use the toppings you like.

Personal Notes:
I often use fresh vegetables in the summer from the garden. You will just need to cook the soup longer. I also add salsa if I need to use some up.
