2 c. water or milk
2 pkg yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. shortening- 1/2 if you want
6 1/2 - 7 c. flour

Place yeast into warm water with 1 tsp sugar. Stir and let stand.
Place 6 1/2 c. flour,remaining sugar, salt and shortening into food processor( use dough blade). Process for 20-30 seconds.
Beat eggs and stir into yeast mixture.
Turn on food processor and add yeast mixture slowly through hole. Dough will be sticky and some may cling to bowl.
Remove and place in greased bowl until double in size. Approx 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down dough and roll into one inch balls and place three into greased muffin tins. Let rise until double.
Bake 375 12-15 min.
