1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. syrup
2 T. water
3 packages popped microwave popcorn

Combine butter, sugar, syrup and water over medium high heat. Boil until medium to hard ball stage. Pour over popped popcorn. Mix until covered throughout.
