4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices of ham or prosciuto
1 egg beater with 2 tbsp of heavy cream
1/2 cup satern wine
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts. Place one slice of cheese and one of ham on each chicken breast. Roll chicken enclosing the cheese/ham. Use toothpicks to hold closed. Dig in egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in well buttered pan. Dot each chicken breast with butter or margarine. Cover with foil. Bake in 350ºF oven for 1 hour. Remove foil. Pour satern wine over chicken. Bake 15 minutes more at 425ºF or until golden brown. Place on hot platter and pour pan drippings over chicken.
