1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (only ¼ cup in pancakes-reserve remainder)
1 cup pancake mix

½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
remainder of orange juice concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate…add pancake mix, stir to remove most of lumps. Bake on hot greased griddle, turning once. Serve with warm orange syrup.

Orange Syrup
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
remainder of orange juice concentrate
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. (remainder may be saved in refrigerator).
