1/3 cup Flour
2 tea Salt
1/4 tea Pepper
2 lbs Round Steak (about 1" thick)
3 T Fat
1 8oz can Seasoned Tomato Sauce
2 5 1/2 oz cans Pizza Sauce
1 Med. Onion Sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper.

Pound into steak, brown slowly on both sides in hot fat.

Pour tomato sauce and pizza sauce over meat.

Top with onion slices.

Simmer uncovered for 10 min.

Cover and bake in 350º oven for 1 hour or longer - until steak is tender.
