2 cups milk scalded
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp salt
mix with milk and cool
3 eggs beaten
1 pkg yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
mix yeast mixture with milk mixture, then add enough flour to make stiff dough ( about 6 1/2 cups)
kneed until smooth, place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double, divide in 3 parts, roll out in circle, cut in pie shape and roll from large end to point after spreading with melted butter. Bake after they rise. top with brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts
before baking.
Icing:
powered sugar
milk
vanilla
