3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
crushed pineapple ( 6 oz) with juice
2 cups sugar
1 cup oleo softened
4 eggs
2 cups mashed bananas( 4 large)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts

Directions:

grease and flour 2, 9x553 inch loaf pans, sift together flour and salt, set aside, add soda to sour cream, combine oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla, cream at highest speed, 1 1/2 minutes, add bananas and sour cream, nuts and flour mixture, beat at medium speed until well blended, pour into greased and floured pans
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until done
cool completely before slicing
