1 bag shredded cabbage for slaw
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c white vinegar
2/3 c olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
roasted pecans
ramen noodles
dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, vinegar, olive oil and soy sauce in small pan on stove. Bring to a boil just to dissolve the sugar. Let cool. Put in a bottle that you can shake to mix.

Use the small packets of ramen noodles (in the soup section). Remove the flavor (chicken/beef, etc) packet. Break up the noodles and toast them -either in pan with little butter or broil in a toaster oven.

Toss the cole slaw package with dressing - add some noodles, nuts and cranberries if you like.

Serve immediately.
