1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk hot sausage
1 c. onion- chopped
2 c. (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese-- divided
1 green pepper- chopped
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn- drained
1 can (1- 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup-
undiluted
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives- if desired
1 garlic clove- minced
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. wide noodles- cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef, sausage, and onion.
Drain off the fat.
Stir in 1 c. cheese,green pepper, corn, soup, tomato sauce, olives, garlic, salt and noodles.
Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover and bake at 350º F.for 35 minutes.
Uncover, and bake 10 additional minutes.
