6 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 large onion - diced
4 carrots peeled and sliced (or you can buy them that way)
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 stalks of celery sliced including leaves
1 T. of parsley flakes
5 c. of water
pepper to taste
1/3 c. of butter
1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk

Put all ingredients in the crock pot except milk. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in evaporated milk. Let cook 60 minutes. Ready to serve.
