1 1/2 # ground beef
2 tbsp Italian Seasonings
2 tsp salt
large can tomato sauce or 1 large can diced tomatoes, put through blender.
2 jars Marinara Sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
10 oz lasagna noodles
2 eggs, beaten
3 c ricotta cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1 lb mozzarella slices
Brown meat; drain.
Add next 5 ingredients; simmer 15 minutes.
Mix eggs, cheese, parsley and salt.
in 9 x 13 pan, layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, cheese slices, then repeat.
If noodles are uncooked, fill remaining 'space' with water, cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
If noodles are cooked, bake 375º for 45 minutes, or till hot and bubbly.
Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving
