1 C. powdered sugar 1/2 cup creamy or crunched peanut butter 3 Tbs butter or margarine, softened 1 lb chocolate coating can use chocolate chips . I do 4 x the recipe for the 1 lb of coating so 4 C. sugar 2 C. peanut butter and 12 Tbs of margarine and 1 lb of coating

mix the softened margarine, peanut butter, sugar with mixer, roll into the size ball you wish i do about 1 " on wax paper break up the coating and microwave 1 to 2 min wont be hot stir and dip all the balls in 1 at a time with fork and let the coating drip off will harden keep in fridge or freezer hard to leave alone
