2 1/2 lbs chuck roast or pork shoulder
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper
2 C catsup
1 Tbls salt
2 Tbls Sugar
2 Tbls vinegar
1 Tbls dry mustard
2 Tbls mixed pickling spice (wrapped in cheesecloth)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil then cook meat approximately 4 hours covered in cold water. Shred meat when cooled. Reserve some of the cooking broth to thin mixture out if needed.

Mix everything together and cook for 30 minutes or more. Remove pickling spices after 30 minutes.

Serve on Buns
