5 c rhubard
1 cup sugar
1 - 3 oz pkg strawberry jello
1/4 c water
1 cake mix (you pick type, usually white)

Directions:
Make cake batter according to directions and pour into pan. Mix the above ingredients and pour over top of cake mixture. Bake about 40 mins @ 350º.

use a 9 x 13 pan and be careful when adding 1/4 water, use your judgement depending on water content of rhubarb.

serve cut into pieces turned upside down with cool whip!
