8 Tbls. butter (1 stick)
1 large onion
3 medium celery ribs with leaves
15 oz. bag seasoned stuffing (10 c.)
1/4 c fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
sage
3 c. turkey or chicken stock
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper



Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and celery. Cook until onion is golden brown -- about 10 min.
Scrap veggies and butter into large bowl.
Add stuffing and parsley. Stir enough of stock to moisten stuffing- about 2-1/2 cups.
Seasoning with poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in buttered baking dish. Drizzle with addition 1/2 c. broth.
Bake at 350º for approx. 1/2 hour.
