2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion or ½ tsp onion powder
1 15 oz can black beans, drained, rinsed
1-2 Tbs chili powder
2-3 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
4 tortillas
1 can Cream Mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Add beans, chili powder, cumin and salt. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange tortillas over the top. Combine soup and Rotel in a bowl, then spread over the tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
