2 ½ c warm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
6 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and flour in a mixing bowl.

Add warm water; mix until incorporated.

Let rest 5 minutes. Mix in enough remaining flour to make a nice dough. Combine into a nice ball, add to oiled bowl and spray with cooking spray. Set aside to rise several hours or till doubled..

Punch down, form into a loaf on a baking sheet; Allow to rise again (about 45 minutes). Slash top on the diagonal and brush lightly with water.

Bake at 450º, with a bowl of hot water in bottom of oven.

Bake approximately 30 minutes or temperature reads 190-200º
