One box of your favorite nonfat dry milk that makes 8 quarts
one 16 oz box of powdered sugar
one 16 oz container of nestle quick
one 11 oz container of non dairy creamer
one 12 oz container of classic ovaltine

MAKES ONE GALLON OF MIX

Pour all ingredients into a plastic garbage bag (preferably NOT used) and shake well until mixed. Pour all into a sealable container. Or individual jars to give as gifts.

To mix: fill your mug or thermos 1/3 to 1/2 the way full with cocoa mix, not including marshmallows. Stir in boiling water slowly until full. Sit back and enjoy!
For a more thicker and chocolaty taste add more mix

MEMORIES FROM MICHAEL DON GEIGER: When I used to work in Evansville, Indiana, we used to make this at the Bread Bakery where I worked. We would pull fresh bread off the line and have a cup of cocoa with fresh bread.
My wife, Donna, would mix a batch of this recipe up and fill jars with the mix, tie a festive ribbon and candy canes along with the recipe to give friends and neighbors at Christmas time with some Christmas cookies...
