1 teaspoons hot pepper(or chili) oil
1 teaspoons dried rosemary
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Ingredients: Beef
6 ounces of steak cubed

Ingredients: potatoes
2 lbs. baby red potatoes, unpeeled
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder.

1. for chicken Mix all ingredients in a large bowl add chicken cover with a lid wait 3 hours.
2. for beef there is a few options KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki 30 minute Marinade, jack Daniels honey teriyaki marinade in a bag or i use the homemade teriyaki marinade.
3 for Potatoes. Pre-heat oven to 450º. Transfer all ingredients to an 8x8 pan, mix well and roast for 45 minutes until done. with 20 minutes left put the chicken int the oven using a bread loaf pan, than at 10 minutes put in the steak in the oven using a miniature loaf pan.
