1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 teas. vanilla
2 cups flour
11/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 teas. salt
1 teas. baking powder
1 teas. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into balls and lay 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approx 8-10 min.
