One Small box elbow macaroni
1lb bacon cut into ½” pieces
1 small onion chopped ( ¾ Cup or to taste)
1 can mushrooms drained
1 large can stewed tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni drain set aside. In a dutch oven fry bacon to slightly crisp, remove bacon with slotted spoon and place onto paper towel. Reserve enough bacon grease to fry onion until tender about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add mushrooms and bacon stir and cook for a couple more minutes. Add remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, and about 4-5 Tbs butter stir and cook over low heat for 1/2 hour.
