2 cans chickpeas
1 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
Juice of 1-2 lemons
2 cloves garlic crushed
salt
Cumin
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour contents of Chickpeas cans in a container and let boil/cook slowly until soft -Can add water during the boiling process.
Drain chickpeas and let cool for 30 min .
Add chickpeas,tahini,garlic,lemon juice and salt in a food processor and mix until soft -add little water -size of tablespoon- at a time to the mixture while mixing until desired hummus texture obtained.
Serve in nice container, garnish with cumin sprinkle , 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Serve with pita bread or crackers.

The combination of chickpeas and tahini provide a complete protein meal comparable to meat.So it is the perfect vegetarian dish .
