1 tsp cold water
1 egg white
1 pound large pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsps salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat water and egg while until frothy. Mix well with pecans. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well with pecans. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225º for one hour. Stir ever 15 minutes and after removing from oven stir again and allow to cool.
