1 1/2 heads romaine lettuce
2 2 oz. cans sliced black olives
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large red onion, diced
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 4 oz. can diced green chiles

Garnishes:
tortilla chip strips
2 avocados, diced

Dressing
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 7 oz. jar green chile salsa
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:

Toss salad ingredients together. Mix in dressing until salad is coated. Add the diced avocados and tortilla chips just before serving.
