2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 large marshmallows
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 ( 6 oz.) pkg cherry chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) can salted peanuts, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine fist 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan.

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add crushed peanuts. Pour over top of cherry ingredients. Cool and cut into squares.
