Ingredients:  
2 - 1/8 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. slat
1 tbsp. powdered milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir in 3/4 cup warm water and let dough stand for 10 minutes.
Pinch off dough the size of a lemon.
Roll into a smooth ball.
Pat to 3/4" thick between hands.
Pull at edges in a circular motion.
Flip between hands until about 8" across
Fry in 1/2 cup of shortening.
