2 cans cream of corn
2 cans whole yellow corn
4 eggs
3/4 box of Jiffy Cornbread

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*. Empty corn in casserole dish. Beat eggs and conbread mix (dry) and mix. Add 2 tsp butter on top and bake for 60 minutes until golden brown..

MEMORIES FROM MIKE AND DONNA GEIGER: Our Mother, Ruby (Farrens) Geiger Rosenhamer would always serve this at Christmas Dinner when all the Geiger kids would visit We always made sure she had lots of black olives on hand. Roy, Skip, Mike, and Therese would always fight to get the last one! Then Mom would pull more out of the pantry...
