Ingredients:  
3 lbs chicken wings disjointed
Sprinkle with garlic salt and let stand for 1 hour
Dip in cornstarch and then in beaten eggs. Fry in
oil until golden.
Cover with sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 uncovered

Sauce
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup cider venegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
1T soy sauce
3 to 4 tables ketchup
dash of salt

Heat until sugar dissolves. Double the sauce if you use 3 lbs of chicken and use 2 baking pans
