3/4 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion ( we use onion powder--
about 1/4 tsp.)
1 egg-- beaten
1/2 to 1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. ground venison
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1 Tbls. Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
8 sandwich rolls-- split
Swiss cheese and tomato slices

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine the oats, milk, onion, egg, and seasonings salt. Crumble venison and beef over mixture; mix well.
Shape into 8 patties; place in a GREASED 15 in. x 9 in. x 1 in. baking pan.

In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, Worchestershire sauce and mustard until blended.
spoon over patties.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 22- 26 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
Serve on rolls with cheese and tomato if desired.
