1 Devil's Food Cake Mix;
1 can of chocolate fudge icing;
1 can of Eagle Brand condensed milk;
2/3 cup buttered flavored Crisco
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c sugar
1 stick margarine
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cake mix as directed and bake in jelly-roll pan - the deeper the pan the better.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes (depending on the size of the jelly-roll pan, bake the cake until a toothpick comes out clean).
Let cool.
Add all remaining ingredients! Mix all together for 15 minutes. Spread mixture onto cake. Microwave icing for 30-45 seconds. Pour on top of icing and chill until ready to eat.
