3 lbs boneless chicken breast, cooked in slow cooker and then cut into pieces;
6 Tbsp butter;
6 Tbsp flour;
1 medium onion, chopped;
4 tsp paprika;
4 chicken boullion cubes;
4 c boiling water
2 tsp salt
2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Add water with boullion, stir until no lumps. Add onion, paprika and salt. When thick like gravy, add sour cream. (I take some of the gravy out into a bowl and add the sour cream then put it back with the rest.) Pour over chicken in pan.
Serve over Spaetzle.
