Ingredients:  
1 lb Frozen hashbrown - thawed;
2/3 c sour cream;
1 can cream of chicken soup;
1-1/2 - 2 c shredded cheddar cheese;
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 c cheese. Place in baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 c cheese on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
